EasyComment Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Pros and Cons

In this EasyComment review, my short answer is: it's worth trying for exporting Instagram and TikTok comments and viewing public profiles, but not for its AI comment generator right now. When I tested it on October 29, 2026, the profile viewer and comment exporter worked without an account. All three AI generators I tried failed to return a reply.

Paid plans start at $9 a month, and one-time credit packs start at $3. Free accounts get 5 credits a month.

EasyComment AI calls itself an all-in-one social media toolkit. It's much broader than an AI comment generator: it combines viewer tools, data exporters, giveaway pickers, AI writing tools and Instagram analytics in one browser-based site.

That sounds useful for social media managers, creators and agencies. But a long tool list doesn't mean every tool works well. So instead of just reading the feature page, I tested the main tools myself.

What is EasyComment AI?

EasyComment is a web-based social media toolkit for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and a few other platforms. It runs in desktop and mobile browsers, with no app to install.

Its tools fall into five groups:

  • Viewer tools: view public Instagram profiles, stories, highlights and comments, plus TikTok profiles and reposts.

  • Export tools: export followers, comments and likes from Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to CSV or Excel.

  • Picker tools: pick random giveaway winners from Instagram and Facebook comments.

  • Generator tools: AI comment replies, AI Facebook posts, and mockup tools such as comment stickers.

  • Analytics tools: track an Instagram profile over time.

EasyComment says it gets more than 1 million monthly visitors and is trusted by 10,000+ creators. I couldn't verify those numbers, so treat them as the company's own claims.

How I tested EasyComment

I tested EasyComment on October 29, 2026, in Chrome on Windows. I didn't create an account, so I could see exactly what a new visitor gets for free.

To keep it fair and avoid touching anyone's private data, I only used public content: NASA's public Instagram profile and one of its public posts.

Here's what happened with each tool.

Test 1: AI comment generator (failed)

I opened the Instagram Comment Generator, switched to the AI Comment tab, and pasted a realistic customer comment: "Love this jacket but my order took 3 weeks to arrive. Will the next drop ship faster?" I added the keywords "sorry for the delay, new warehouse, faster shipping," chose the Thanks reaction and English, and clicked Generate.

Nothing came back. The output box stayed empty, and the page showed no error message. When I checked the browser's network log, the request to EasyComment's comment generation server had returned an error (HTTP 503, meaning the service was unavailable).

I tried twice more:

  • The TikTok Comment Generator with a recipe question. Same result: an empty output and a 503 error.

  • The AI Facebook Post Generator with a coffee shop launch post. Same again.

That's three AI tools and three failures, with no warning to the user. It may be a temporary outage, but a silent failure is a real usability problem. If you click Generate and nothing happens, you have no idea whether to wait, retry or give up.

The reply options themselves are fairly basic. You get five reaction types (Thanks, Agree, Disagree, Question and Congrats), plus a language setting for multilingual replies.

Test 2: Instagram profile viewer (worked)

Next, I opened the Anonymous Instagram Profile Viewer and searched for "nasa." Within a few seconds, it showed NASA's profile: 4,983 posts, about 104.4 million followers, 90 following, and the bio. A few seconds later, the post grid loaded with images.

There were also tabs for Stories, Reels, Highlights, Tagged and Reposts. The page showed a free limit of 2 searches a day for visitors without an account.

This tool worked well. It's handy for quickly checking a competitor's or brand's public profile without opening Instagram.

Test 3: Instagram comment exporter (worked, with a 5-comment limit)

Then I tried the Instagram Comment Exporter with a public NASA post. It recognized the post right away and showed 834 comments and 307,844 likes.

The export started, then stopped at 5 comments with a "Limit Reached" message: guest exports are limited to the first 5 items. The 5 rows included the username, profile ID, comment text and date, with a Download button for CSV or Excel.

So the exporter works, but the free version is really just a preview. To export a full comment section, you need credits. According to the pricing page, 1 credit covers about 15 Instagram comments, so this 834-comment post would need roughly 56 credits.

Test 4: Instagram giveaway picker (login required)

Finally, I pasted the same post into the Instagram Comment Picker and clicked Start. A "Sign in to continue" box appeared right away, offering Google or email login and "5 free credits every month."

The page headline calls it "a free Instagram giveaway picker," so I was surprised it needed an account before doing anything. It's not a big hurdle, but it's worth knowing that "free" here means "free with a sign-up."

Other things I noticed

  • A promo popup appeared on my first visit, advertising a new comments and likes feature.

  • A countdown timer sat on the Standard plan on the pricing page, starting at about 24 hours on my first visit. Timers like this put pressure on you to buy quickly, so I'd ignore it.

  • Some example images on the exporter page didn't load.

EasyComment features in detail

Based on my testing and EasyComment's site, here's what each tool group is good for.

AI comment and caption generator

The AI tools are meant to draft replies to comments, write Facebook posts, and suggest captions and hashtags. You paste the comment you received, add keywords, choose a reaction and language, and generate.

In my tests, none of the AI tools produced output. When they work, the reaction options are simple, so I'd expect short, general replies rather than detailed, on-brand answers. For serious community management, I'd still write or edit replies myself.

Instagram and Facebook giveaway pickers

The pickers load comments from a post and pick random winners. EasyComment says its algorithm is "open and verifiable," but the site doesn't explain how.

If you run giveaways, also read Instagram's promotion guidelines. They cover what you need to state in a contest, like official rules and that Instagram isn't involved.

Follower and comment export tools

This is where EasyComment is most useful, in my view. You can export:

  • Instagram followers, comments and likes

  • TikTok followers and comments

  • Facebook comments

Exports go to CSV or Excel, which is handy for giveaway entry lists, campaign reports and audience research.

Social media viewer tools

The viewer tools show public Instagram profiles, stories, highlights and comments, plus TikTok profiles and reposts, without an account. The free limit is small (2 searches a day in my test), and further pages cost 1 credit each.

Analytics and Instagram profile tracking

The analytics tool tracks an Instagram profile over time. According to the pricing page, tracking one profile for 30 days costs 150 credits.

Mockup generators

EasyComment also has comment sticker makers and tools named "Fake Tweet Generator," "Fake Instagram Post" and "Fake YouTube Comment." These are meant for mockups, memes and video stickers. But I'd only use them for clearly labeled creative content, never to fake real people's posts or reviews.

EasyComment pricing and plans

EasyComment uses credits. You can buy them through a monthly subscription or as one-time credit packs, and the same credit balance works across exporters, viewers and analytics.

Here's what the pricing page showed on October 29, 2026:

The prices are shown as discounts from higher "original" prices, such as $19 crossed out from $60. Since those discounts appeared to be running constantly, I'd judge the plans on the actual price, not the percentage off.

What a credit gets you

According to the pricing page, one credit covers roughly:

  • Instagram: about 50 followers or 15 comments

  • TikTok: about 200 followers or 100 comments

  • Facebook: about 5 comments

  • Viewers: 1 page

  • Analytics: 150 credits for 30 days of profile tracking

TikTok exports are far cheaper per credit than Instagram or Facebook. A 1,000-comment Facebook post would use about 200 credits, while a 1,000-comment TikTok video would use about 10.

The pricing detail most reviews miss

When I worked out the cost per credit, I noticed something odd: the Pro plan is worse value than Standard. Pro costs about $0.025 per credit, while Standard costs $0.019. You pay $49 for 2,000 credits on Pro, but two months of Standard ($38) would give you the same 2,000 credits.

Unless Pro adds something you specifically need, I'd skip it and choose Standard, or buy a one-time pack if your usage is uneven.

Is EasyComment free?

Partly. Some tools work with no account at all, with daily limits: the profile viewer (2 searches a day in my test) and guest exports (first 5 items). Signing up gives 5 credits a month. Anything bigger needs a plan or a credit pack.

Do credit packs expire?

No. EasyComment's FAQ says credit packs never expire, and you can buy packs on top of a subscription. Monthly credits from a subscription, on the other hand, reset each billing cycle. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account page.

Is there an EasyComment promo code?

I didn't find an official promo code. The site already shows permanent-looking discounts on every plan. I'd be wary of third-party "promo code" sites, which often just redirect to the same prices.

Is EasyComment worth the price?

For exports, I think yes. If you run giveaways or need comment data for reports, the Standard plan at $19 a month gives 1,000 credits. That's enough for about 15,000 Instagram comments or 100,000 TikTok comments.

For AI comments, I'd say no for now. The AI tools didn't work in my tests, and even when they do, they seem built for quick, simple replies.

For occasional use, a one-time credit pack makes more sense than a subscription, because packs never expire.

How to use EasyComment

Here's the basic process I'd follow:

  1. Pick the tool from the left menu, such as Export Tools, then Instagram Comment Exporter.

  2. Paste a public post URL or type a username.

  3. Check the preview. The tool shows the post's comment and like counts before you spend credits.

  4. Log in if you need more than the free or guest limit.

  5. Download your data as CSV or Excel.

  6. Watch your credits. Check the cost shown in each tool before you run a big export.

EasyComment pros and cons

Pros

Lots of tools in one place. Viewers, exporters, pickers, generators and analytics share one credit balance.

No Instagram login needed. In my tests, the viewer and exporter worked with no connection to an Instagram account.

Fast for public data. The profile viewer and exporter returned results in seconds.

Cheap TikTok exports. About 100 TikTok comments per credit is good value.

Credit packs never expire. Good for people with uneven, project-based needs.

Lots of payment options. Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UPI, PIX and more.

Cons

The AI generators failed in my tests, with no error message shown.

Free use is very limited. 5 credits a month, 2 viewer searches a day and 5-row guest exports.

The giveaway picker needs an account, even though it's marketed as free.

The Pro plan is poor value compared with Standard.

Pushy pricing design, with countdown timers and constant "discounts."

Facebook exports are expensive, at about 5 comments per credit.

Some tool names raise trust questions, like "Fake Tweet Generator."

Is EasyComment safe to use?

Based on my test, EasyComment never asked me to connect or log in to my Instagram, TikTok or Facebook account. That's a good sign, because you aren't handing over your social media password.

But there are a few things I'd keep in mind:

  • It works with other people's data. Exporters collect usernames, profile IDs and comments. Store that data carefully, and only use it for legitimate purposes like picking winners or analyzing your own campaigns.

  • Anonymous viewing has limits. The viewer tools let you see public profiles and stories without being seen. That's fine for brand or competitor research, but don't use it to follow private individuals.

  • Platform rules still apply. Collecting data from Instagram or TikTok through third-party tools may conflict with those platforms' terms. That risk is on the tool provider, but you should be aware of it.

  • Payments go through common methods like cards and PayPal, so you aren't asked for unusual payment details.

Overall, I didn't see red flags around account security in my test. The bigger questions are about reliability and how you use the data.

EasyComment review: my verdict

I think EasyComment is a useful toolkit for public social media data, but not yet a reliable AI comment tool.

The profile viewer and comment exporter did what they promised in my tests, quickly and without any social media login. If you need comment or follower exports for giveaways and reports, the Standard plan or a one-time credit pack is fair value.

The AI generators are the weak point. All three I tried failed silently, and the free limits are tight enough that you'll hit them in minutes.

My advice: start with the free guest tools, then buy a small one-time credit pack before committing to a subscription. And skip the Pro plan unless it adds something you specifically need.
